Does it help contain cigarette odours?
A tight-sealing lid and soft plug help keep cigarette odours contained when closed. The soft sealing plug is securely glued in place. This benefit applies with the lid closed; it is not smoke filtration.
What is the difference between a portable, pocket and personal ashtray?
These terms usually describe a small ashtray intended to be carried. Stelco focuses on printed portable ashtrays for councils, businesses and organisations.
Can you print our logo or campaign message?
Yes. Send the artwork you have, or describe the idea. We will discuss the available product and print options and prepare the proposed layout for approval.
Do we need finished artwork before enquiring?
No. You can start with your campaign idea, intended audience and approximate quantity. If you have a logo or brand guide, include it when we discuss the artwork.
Can we see a sample first?
Product samples may be available after we review your project, subject to stock availability and agreed sample and postage charges. Physical samples are normally unprinted. For smaller enquiries, a digital preview of your branding is the preferred starting point. Custom-printed physical samples are quoted separately, or expressly approved for a substantial project. Complimentary samples are discretionary. No quantity automatically qualifies.
What is the minimum order?
Tell us the quantity you are considering. We will confirm the applicable minimum and pricing for the product and printing required.
How much do printed ashtrays cost?
The quote depends on the quantity, print requirements and delivery arrangements. Share those details and we can prepare an offer for your order.
How long will an order take?
Include your required date and delivery postcode. We’ll confirm colour availability and delivery timing with your quote.
Can you supply an unprinted order?
Mention that you are looking for unprinted ashtrays and the quantity required. We will confirm the options available.
Can a QR code be printed?
Include the destination URL with your enquiry. Suitability needs to be checked at the proposed print size, including clear space, contrast and reliable scanning.
Can I attach artwork to my enquiry?
Yes, when uploads are available in the form. Add up to two files of 5 MB each: PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS or PDF-compatible Illustrator files. You can remove files before submitting.
Artwork is optional. If it is not ready, describe your idea and we can discuss the next step.
Do you still supply lighters through Stelco?
Current lighter products, wholesale supply and custom printing enquiries are handled by Tokai Australia.
