Online enquiries
The enquiry form shows whether online submissions are available. When unavailable, no enquiry is sent or saved. When available, we collect the name, email and project details you choose to submit so Stelco can review and respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive information.
Cloudflare hosts this website. When online enquiries are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions and accepted enquiries are stored in a restricted Cloudflare database. Jeremy accesses enquiries through a private sign-in and checks them each business day. Enquiry notification emails are currently disabled.
We use your contact and project details to answer your questions, discuss samples or quotes and manage any resulting order. You can also email sales@stelco.com.au. This mailbox uses Microsoft Exchange Online. Please do not include sensitive information in the form or email.
Storage and access
Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to Jeremy. Cloudflare and Microsoft process information to provide hosting, verification, storage and email services. Their services may process information outside Australia. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.
For enquiries that do not become orders, Jeremy reviews and deletes the saved enquiry 12 months after it is closed. Order and accounting records are handled separately. Contact sales@stelco.com.au to ask about access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern, including the handling of an order record.
Enquiry details and internal identifiers are not placed in the URL or sent to Google Analytics. Your browser may retain ordinary form history according to its own settings. Cloudflare may process connection and verification information under its own service settings.
Optional analytics
If enabled on stelco.com.au or www.stelco.com.au, optional Google Analytics will help us understand which pages are used and count successfully saved enquiries. It stays off until you allow it in the optional analytics panel. Google receives technical visit information, such as your browser and IP address, and may use analytics cookies to recognise visits. See Google’s privacy policy.
Our analytics events use the page’s written title and clean address. They exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text, receipt identifiers, URL fragments and arbitrary query parameters. A recognised referring website may be recorded by its origin only, without its page address or search terms. Campaign labels must match a fixed approved list; none are approved yet. We do not assign a monetary value to enquiries.
Only a newly saved enquiry can be counted. Preview forms, failed requests and retries are excluded. Analytics is currently disabled. Consenting visitors represent only part of website activity.
Your analytics choice is remembered in this browser. When live enquiry counting is enabled, a one-way fingerprint of an accepted receipt is kept only in this browser to avoid counting it twice. Neither the receipt nor that fingerprint is sent to Analytics. You can decline analytics without affecting enquiries. Browser privacy signals that request no tracking also keep analytics off.
When optional analytics is available, the “Analytics preferences” control lets you change your choice on any public page. Turning analytics off stops further collection by this integration and removes its accessible analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected by Google. No active analytics controls appear on staging.
